User Instructions
1-Open the Sous vide bag.
2-Put the food inside the bag.
3-Use the sealing (white) clip to enclose the bag twice.Make sure the air is out as much as possible.
4-Put the manual pump on the air valve.
5-Pump the air out.
6-Release the pump when bag becomes tight around food. Normally, it takes 10-15 seconds.
7-Fridge / Freeze food immediately (Dry foods no need to be frozen).
